Flight CA981 Broke the Delay Curse

Due to the Flight CA981 needs to transit in Beijing, and the time for passengers to fulfill the transit formalities and deal with their luggage is not sufficient enough, the flight can hardly take off on time. To solve this problem, the International Passenger Center of Airport Service, Air China started to adopt some specific measures, e.g. open a special counter for the flight, arrange staff to assist passengers to transit and put some eye-catching marks on the counter, etc. Unprecedentedly, all the passengers could be on board in 14 minutes advance; and the flight could take off on 1319hr. Flight CA981 finally broke the delay curse.
