Air China check-in service is available at China Airlines’ check-in counter at the Taiwan High Speed Rail (HSR) Taoyuan Station. As of Oct.31st, 2010, passengers who fly with Air China can now take the HSR and complete check-in procedures, including luggage check-in and seat selection, at the HSR Taoyuan Station.

After check-in, passengers can take the airport bus to the airport, while their checked luggage will be delivered to the airport and loaded to the airplane after a security check.

The check-in counter will be able to provide service to all passengers with the following exceptions: wheelchair passengers, unaccompanied children, young passengers who require assistance, and other passengers who require special assistances or arrangements, such as a stretcher, oxygen supply, oversized luggage, or pet check-in.

The China Airlines check-in counter at the HSR Taoyuan Station will be open daily from 07:00 to 22:00. Passengers may check in 3 hours before flight departure and can do so until 90 minutes before departure.
